My pauses

The My reports - My pauses report shows how long and what type of pause an agent who is logged into the system has been on.

Data can be searched using three filters.

• Date range - date range for which you want to see data,
• Hour from - time from which you want to see the pauses,
• Hour to - time to which you want to see the pauses.

Let's look at a sample report:

• Date - pause date and time,
• Pause type - type of pause e.g. Break, Work assignment,
• Time on pause - length of time spent on pause (hh:mm:ss).
