Tags

Tags are simple keywords describing the main meaning of a given conversation, which facilitate subsequent searching or analyzing of information that interests us.

In the Thulium system, you can add any tags to phone calls, chats, and tickets, as well as search for tagged conversations in reports.

You can manage tags in the Advanced → Tags tab.

A table with the created tags sorted alphabetically will appear on the screen.

  • Name - tag name,
  • Color - grouping tag color,
  • Uses - number of times the label has been used in the system,
  • Edit file - tag editing,
  • Delete file - tag removal.

To add a new tag, click file:

After entering the label name and selecting its color, confirm the process by clicking the button file. You will be able to add the created tags to conversations.

Did you know...💡

Tags are common to all modules in the system. Assigning different colors to tags allows you to group them, e.g., red for critical issues, green for completed issues, or orange for issues that require verification.
