Getting started with the system - requirements

Introduction#

If you want to start using the Thulium system, make sure your browser, phone, and network settings are configured correctly.

What do you need to use our system?

  • VOIP provider with a SIP trunk service (you choose the provider yourself based on your own needs)
  • a computer with access to a stable Internet connection
  • telephone or headphones with a microphone

Network Configuration#

Internet connection#

  • 170 kbps download/100 kbps upload for each system user (making voice calls and using the system in a browser)

Internet connection#

Allow communication with the Thulium system on the following ports:

  • UDP/15060 (SIP)
  • UDP/16000-20000 (SRTP)
  • TCP/443 (HTTPS)

Firewalls and antivirus software must not interfere with or modify the aforementioned traffic.
Additionally, communication with the address stun.l.google.com on UDP port 19302 must be allowed.
The minimum MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) value should be 1,300 bytes (e.g., for a VPN connection).

  • Google Chrome (latest stable version)
  • Mozilla Firefox (latest stable version)

Operating System#

Computer specifications (minimum)#

  • 2.5 GHz dual-core processor, 2.5 GB RAM
  • Proper time synchronization between the device and the NTP server

If you have additional software installed (e.g., a firewall, antivirus programs), you may need a computer with higher specifications than those listed.

Screen resolution#

The minimum screen resolution is 1440x900.

By default, the system is available in Poland, i.e., for IP, which are located in Poland.

Please note that the trial period is intended solely for familiarization purposes and may not be used to conduct commercial activities using the system. Its purpose is to allow you to evaluate the solution’s capabilities, not to replace a full-scale implementation.
