Introduction#

To enable proper communication between the Thulium system and external mail servers, our infrastructure uses specific IP addresses when handling email messages.

This applies particularly to functions such as:

  • retrieving messages from mail servers via IMAP
  • sending messages via SMTP
  • communication with external mail systems via API

Why this information is needed#

Some mail servers or security systems (e.g., firewalls, IP whitelists, anti-spam systems) may require specifying the IP addresses from which the system will connect. In such cases, it may be necessary to add Thulium infrastructure IP addresses to:

  • whitelist (trusted IP addresses list) on the mail server
  • firewall configuration
  • security policies in mail or integration systems

This will ensure that the mail server accepts connections from our system.

List of IP addresses#

Below is the current list of IP addresses used by the email handling module in Thulium:

  • 20.73.232.115
  • 20.61.254.13
  • 20.61.249.88
  • 20.86.224.76
  • 20.8.218.140
  • 20.61.238.163

Important information#

  • When configuring a whitelist, we recommend adding all the above IP addresses.
  • Addresses may be used depending on infrastructure load or connection type.
  • The pool of IP addresses may change over time due to infrastructure development or technical changes.
  • For security configurations, please regularly check this page or the domain services.thulium.com to ensure the IP address list is up to date.

If your security configuration requires additional information or you encounter problems with mail communication, please contact the Thulium support team.
