Can I set my own form of chat presentation on the site?

The chat can be visible in the lower right corner of the page. When configuring the Click2Contact widget, you have a choice of two forms of presenting the chat on the page:
- as a bar:
- as a circle:
You can also set your own text and choose colors to match the appearance of the page.
However, if you want your own buttons and graphic form instead of such a look, then you can make such a configuration. You will need to add JavaScript code on your own page:
window._tc.open_chat();.
It is best if you pass it on to the technical person who looks after the website.
