Subscriber Panel

Within Thulium telephony Subscriber Panel acts as a management center for your telecommunications service. It allows you, for example, to manage your balance and is a list of the phone numbers you own. This module is available under Administration → Telecommunication → Subscriber Panel.

• Active package - currently purchased subscription service within Thulium telephony,
• Balance - current state of funds allocated to telecommunications services,
• Currently using - list of phone numbers owned and available in the package.

Within the Balance section, there is an opportunity to view the history of the recharge:

We will get, as a result, a merit list, within which there will be an opportunity to download a VAT invoice when you click .

In addition, in the same section, we can make a credit to the balance by using the button .

Balance transfers can be made from a minimum net amount of PLN 20:

After selecting one of the proposed recharge amounts or entering any other amount, the process should be confirmed with the button .

The recommended way to recharge the balance is to use the automatic recharge module available under :

In order to use the above function, you need to specify the balance amount, below which it will be automatically recharged with the specified amount. The recharge amount is a minimum of 20 PLN net.

The Currently using section is not only used to record the number of bundled phone numbers, but allows you to check your billing:

Next, select Account and Finances → Billing History.

The Your numbers section of the Subscriber Panel lists all the phone numbers you have:

By clicking on we can narrow the list by number type or search for a specific phone number.
