How do I forward a call to voicemail?
There is an option in the system to redirect a call to voicemail. This option allows you to automatically redirect an incoming call to voicemail, where the customer will hear the message and can leave a message. You can set this in call forwarding.
In the Forward to field, select Number and enter voicemail_123 as the number, where under 123 you can enter any number. Also fill in the phone number (a required field) and other details.
If a customer calls the number specified they will be redirected to the post office and can record a message.
