What do the priorities of the agents in the queue mean?

The priority of an agent indicates its importance in the queue. The priority value can range from 0-5, where 0 is the highest value. This means that calls, chats and requests will be routed first to agents with a higher value of this parameter.

Priorities are determined when assigning agents to queues.
