Computer headphones for consultants

The Thulium system also includes the Thulium Web Softphone application, which acts as a virtual telephone (softphone).

It allows any consultant to make and receive calls directly from a computer and without the need for a telephone.

The Thulium system works with any headset (headphones with microphone) that can be connected to a computer using mini-Jack (3.5mm) connectors.

For the sake of sound quality, we recommend headsets connected via USB. Not every headset is equally good.

Cheap headphones can sometimes be unreliable, uncomfortable and offer poor sound quality. We recommend using headphones from a proven brand.

If your consultants often make calls or stay close to each other, it's a good idea to choose headphones with ambient noise cancellation on both ears.

It is also important that the headphones are designed for long hours of work and protect the hearing aid.

Remember that consultants' comfort significantly affects their efficiency and attitude toward the customer.
