How do I delete campaigns that I no longer use?

After entering the selected campaign, you have the option to delete it along with all the records. Keep in mind that deleting a campaign will affect reports and data from the deleted campaign will no longer be visible.

How to do it? From the Campaigns tab, select Management → Campaigns. Then enter the campaign you want and click .

A window will appear on the screen where you can decide which data will be deleted.

If you want unused campaigns not to appear in the campaign list instead of deleting them, you can deactivate them. Go to the desired campaign and click .
