Phone number efficiency

The Phone number efficiency report allows you to verify the effectiveness of a given number with respect to answering campaign calls. To use it, go to Reports and then Outbound → Phone number efficiency.


Available filters:


  • Date - the period during which calls were made,
  • Campaign - selection of the studied campaign.


The Efficiency parameter is calculated from the formula (answered)/(answered+missed) and expressed as a percentage. The Normalized efficiency is further multiplied by the logarithmized ratio of all calls - in order to have a reference in the context of the number of attempts made (comparison purposes).
