Connections state
The Monitoring → Connections state tab shows the current status of calls on the hotline, including queue and call waiting time.
IVR connections:
- Date - date and time of call,
- Phone number - phone number of the caller,
Queues connections:
- Date - date and time of call,
- Phone number - phone number of the caller,
- Queue name - name of the queue,
- Wait time - waiting time to call the agent.
To disconnect waiting calls in a given queue, use:
