Dispatch monitor
The Dispatch monitor module allows you to control the dispatch of messages within tickets. With it, you can check the status of messages and verify that all emails/Allegro discussions/EmpikPlace messages are being sent correctly.
From the Administration tab, select Monitoring → Dispatch monitor.
The dispatch monitor displays today's data by default. To change the verification time, click on .

The summary displays information for a maximum period of 31 days.
By expanding , you can display additional columns:
- Date - event initiation date,
- Delayed shipping date - date of message dispatch,
- Status - message delivery status,
- Source - source of the ticket under which the message was sent,
- To - the email address to which the message was sent,
- CC - additional email addresses within CC,
- Subject - subject of the ticket,
- User - data of the User sending the message,
- Actions - the ability to cancel sending a message
or resend it

You can filter messages by clicking on :
- ID - ticket identifier,
- Status - message status,
- User - User sending the message,
- Source - source of the ticket under which the message was sent.
After clicking on the checkbox for messages, bulk actions are available:
- Resend

- Cancel sending
