Tickets monitor

The Tickets monitor option allows you to monitor the sending of requests. It allows you to see what is the status of the message and check if all emails are sent correctly. Failure to send a message (e.g. due to wrong addressee) is indicated by a red highlight of the message on the list of submissions.

From the Administration tab, select Monitoring → Tickets monitor.


You can search for messages by message ID number, status, date sent and the user who was assigned to the message.


  • ID - ticket ID number,
  • Date - date of sending the message,
  • Status - message status,
  • Subject - message subject,
  • To - e-mail address to which the message was sent,
  • Actions - in this field you have the option to resend the message.
