In what order does the dialer set up calls from the campaign?

The order in which records are collected from the campaign by which the dialer sets up the connections:

  1. Records with the status My record
  2. Records with the status Call progressive
  3. Records with status My record with the time of other agents exceeded
  4. Records with status Contact no sooner than
  5. Records not called in the order of import (new records uploaded to the campaign in the order from the oldest import)
  6. Records earlier called in the order from the earliers called
