where:

  • Number/s - enter the number to be transferred (after entering the number, the current operator will be automatically completed),

After entering the number, a checkbox will appear to confirm that the system has detected the operator correctly. If the operator has been loaded incorrectly, please manually change the operator by entering the correct name.

  • Date of porting - indicate the date of number portability,
  • Current relationship with your carrier - POSTPAID (Monthly phone bills) lub PREPAID (per charge),

Hint...🔎

Indicate on what terms you are working with your current operator. If you are recharging your account, you should check PREPAID. If you receive bills/invoices for your phone, you should check POSTPAID.

  • Representation - here, select the option whether the application is submitted by the Number Owner (or Board of Directors) or through a person acting under an attached power of attorney.

In the last step, it is necessary to select one of the three applicable transfer modes:

  • as soon as possible without giving my carrier any notice,
  • at the end of my current contract where there is less than 120 days left,
  • giving my carrier the appriopriate notice in accordance to the contract terms.
  1. After filling in the above fields, click file. A new window will thank you for creating the application and tell you what steps to take next.

✅ Properly completed Applications are sent to your current Operator.

✅ Applications delivered on a business day after 2:30 p.m. or on days when we are not working are usually sent on the next business day.

✅ The base date on which the current operator determines the transfer date is the date on which we send the Transfer Request to it, not the date on which the Request is filled out. This is particularly important when, for example, the mode of transfer is “in accordance with the notice period”.

✅ Once we submit the documents to your current Operator, he is required to confirm the date of the transfer. As soon as we receive this information, we will prepare an Agreement for you.

✅ In order for us to process the transfer, the documents must be delivered to us at least two business days before the scheduled transfer date (otherwise, the transfer will be processed at a later date.

✅ On the day you transfer your number to our network, we will inform you by SMS and/or email that we will start providing services related to this number (or numbers).

Important...⚠️

Most often we terminate the Contract only for the phone number(s). So, if you also use other services with your current telecom operator, such as Internet or TV, contact your operator and check the terms of their termination. It may be necessary for you to terminate them yourself, through a separate termination notice.

Did you know...💡

If any of the ported numbers were connected to Apple iCloud, they should be disconnected from this service as soon as possible. Otherwise, there may be problems with incoming SMS messages.

Thank you for using our Thulium Telephony services!
